Yoga Isn’t for Sissies

No SissiesI practice bikram yoga and love it. I do my best to get into the studio three times a week. I’m a big guy, and am usually the only one with extra weight in the studio. I know that yoga works for me. When I get to the studio three times or more in a week, my weight drops off. When I don’t, it doesn’t.

I feel good about myself when I’m in the studio. Even though I have to look at myself in a full length mirror for ninety minutes, by the end of the class, I know that I’ve accomplished something. Here are some of my favorite yoga blogs and sites:
