Today we had our Aurora Rawluck, and what a great time we had there! Thank you Gina for hosting another great event. I brought peppermint coco-nubbins, and they brought down the house! I just added one tablespoon of peppermint extract to my coco-nubbin recipe, and that was all it took! Three tablespoons would have set people’s mouths on fire, so I backed off to just one.
We talked a great deal about how to make raw food preparation work better for all of us. One of the ideas was to do catering several days each week, and actually find a restaurant that’s closed on Mondays and have a “Raw Night” there. As the ideas flow and change, I’ll make sure to keep you in the loop!
