Are You Walking Yet?

I added MSM to my daily regimen. Gina, from the Aurora rawlucks, recommended it. Perhaps that will help prevent any pain once I start my walking regimen. I will start walking again once my back is 100%. I’ve started walking programs in the past when my back was not 100% and only ended up re-injuring myself. Since I would like to walk for the rest of my life, I’m willing to wait a few more days for my back to be all better before starting.

Hey! Check out the juicefeasting.com website. They talk about starting every day off with 1qt of water with 1T MSM and 1 lemon’s juice. It really gets the body moving and tastes great. They also have *a lot* of information on supplements and things that you might really enjoy..

Thank you for the note. Should we do the MSM and lemon juice before exercise, any time, or only while juicing?
