It is wonderful to be back in the groove!
I’ve been eating 90+% raw vegan for about a week now, which feels great! I walked 2.5 miles yesterday and will continue to exercise regularly. I’ve been taking MSM, and vitamin C & D regularly. I’ve got my raw hummus, raw pesto spread, raw onion bread, kim chee, sauerkraut and walnut milk in the fridge. All seems well, and I’m ready to begin to prepare for a juice feast!
