Our test kitchen has been dormant for a while, and I thought it would be a great idea to test something that I’ve wanted to try for a good long while, a low-glycemic raw sprouted grain cereal.

Many of us have enjoyed the Two Mom’s In the Raw cereal / granola / addictive yummy treats. At nearly $10/bag, those can be a little spendy for most of us to enjoy regularly. I did some research and believe I have put together a perfect combination of ingredients that will be simple to prepare and quite nommy.

I met David this morning as he was unloading his vehicle. He looks and sounds excited for an amazing conference and weekend. The conference starts tomorrow!

I’m excited to have met David, and to have already seen the lovely and amazing Angela Stokes-Monarch, also unloading the Raw Food World mobile with what looked like enough food to feed an Aztec army!
