It is wonderful to be back in the groove!

I’ve been eating 90+% raw vegan for about a week now, which feels great! I walked 2.5 miles yesterday and will continue to exercise regularly. I’ve been taking MSM, and vitamin C & D regularly. I’ve got my raw hummus, raw pesto spread, raw onion bread, kim chee, sauerkraut and walnut milk in the fridge. All seems well, and I’m ready to begin to prepare for a juice feast!

It can be really difficult to get yourself going again after going back to regular eating. I am slowly working back through vegetarian to vegan to raw.  At the moment I’ve got some sprouts going and will be brewing up some rejuvelac.

There’s a fresh produce market just a few blocks from where we’ve settled in Portland, and I’m excited to visit there often. I’m planning a juice feast and will see if I can get some kind of deal on organic produce. When I buy from wholesalers it’s tough to use it fast enough (before it rots).

I’m excited to get revved up and back in the saddle.

How cool is that? I love the results I get when I’m juice feasting! I have had such great support from my raw food buddies and the experts who have blazed the trail before me. How lost I would be without their knowledge and guidance.
