Making room for all of the raw food was an interesting project. I threw out all of the different flours I used to use to bake with. I used the containers the flours were in to keep my nuts and seeds, now in the refrigerator. I had to clear off the bottom shelf of the fridge to accommodate all of the greens for my morning smoothies. They will not fit in the drawers. I use the drawers for the salad greens.
I also pushed all of my cook ware to the back of the cabinet so that I could cram the food processor/blenders in. I put the microwave in the basement! Eventually I’ll have a 100% raw kitchen, eventually.
