Extra Tasty Crispy!

Today I tried a new flax cracker recipe.  I added two cups of ground flax, mixing it with the almond flour, left over from preparation of the almond milk.  I let that sit overnight while the flax seeds were soaking.  It worked brilliantly!  The crackers hold together much better and have more substance to them.

I sprinkle caraway or poppy seeds on the top before they begin dehydrating.  I also sprinkle some Celtic sea salt along with the seeds.  Extra tasty crispy!
