I just finished off that batch of rejuvelac. Toward the end it kind of started tasting like a very weak beer. It was tasty until the very end. I am excited to start trying the same recipe with other grains. The challenge looks like it will be finding raw organic grains at the market. I will likely try using rye in my next batch.
