I'm thinking of something that can be made into bars or truffles or some kind of very fine, very expensive extra tasty treat.

I'm wondering if there is raw cocoa butter out there that we could mix raw cocoa powder and sucanat to make raw chocolate.

Also, I use coconut butter and cocoa powder to make my coco nubbins. If it can be kept refrigerated, that could make a very tasty chocolate.

I'd start with avocado. It deepens and darkens the chocolate flavor. However, I don't know how you'd make the chocolate solid at room temp.
