Juice Feast Day 2
Today I went down to Growers Organic to pick up my produce for Week 1 of my juice feast. I picked up 20# of roma tomatoes, 25# of carrots, 14 bags of three romaine hearts, 30 heads of celery and 40 red bell peppers. I also picked up two bags of lemons from Whole Foods. All of this produce is organic. The total price for this week’s produce $135.
I am supplementing with local bee pollen, Vitamineral Green, B-12, flax oil, maca powder in my juice once a day, and twice daily with GeneWize DNA-Guided herbal supplements.
