MSM – It’s Not Just for Breakfast Any More

I’ve been dosing up on MSM, which is supposed to be an amazing anti-inflammatory,
in addition to being a super duper nutrient.  It is as safe as water, so there’s no
way for me to over-do it.  It does, however, taste a bit icky.  One tablespoon in a
quart of water with some lemon is okay.  I’ve been doing two tablespoons, and it
takes a bit of strength to get it all down.
