Oh What a Relief It Is!

Zyflamend

I had intended to go up to Boulder last night to meet Sergei Boutenko, but my back was still out. Thankfully my yoga buddy, Patrick, recommended a natural inflamation management product that’s been working wonders, Zyflamend. I still picked up the hard core pharmaceuticals, just in case I do this again and the Zyflamend doesn’t help. In any case, I missed Sergei’s lecture, but hope to get him on the site as soon as he returns to Colorado.

I picked up another sprouting jar today and some alfalfa seeds. I’ve never made my own sprouts at home before. This could be exciting. The rejuvelac tastes like sprouts, and I like the rejuvelac, so maybe I will be successful at making actual sprouts, rather than just fermenting them. I haven’t started the flax crackers with the leftover wheat sprouts yet, but expect to do that this evening.

Its interesting watching your progress. I’m sure you have already thought of this but you might try MSM for inflammation. I hope you heal soon.

I hope you heal soon but don’t let it discourage you. Sounds like you are listening to your body. Thanks for sharing your progress.
