Since the beginning of this year you have seen the staple foods that I’ve been eating, lots of veggies and seeds, and no desserts, the recipes I’ve been sharing with you.

I’ve managed to remain at about 90% vegan with about 75% of that being raw. I haven’t paid very much attention to calorie or fat intake, as I’m adding one discipline at a time. Exercise will be next!

I’d like my blood sugar to be below 100 for two weeks before I start my juice feast in the spring. We’ll see if I’m able to do that.

Bone Density: 8.8
Fasting Blood Sugar: 113mg/dL (+11mg/dL)
(-3.2 so far this year, -57# since 12/1/07, -94# since 12/1/97)

Just wanted to let you know, all of a sudden, all of your posts came thru in Google Reader. Strange though, it was like a totally different feed. So, I had two My Raw Year’s — one with only 3 posts and another with 19. I deleted the feed with only 3 posts, so hopefully, this one will update now.

I think you’re doing terrific. Nineteen months ago, I weighed in at 300+ pounds. Today, I’m minus 140 of those. Raw living foods are healing.
