(Day 8 – 358 To Go) January 8, 2008
Only so you understand the consistent result of the detox, I am STILL feeling moody. My body assessment today brought a bit of a surprise: I’ve lost no weight. At the beginning of my 90 days raw (about two years ago) I lost about twenty pounds. The advantage of having a whole year to produce my desired results is that having no results the first week isn’t a problem.
I will be adding a new discipline each month. January will be the full month of 100% raw. February will see the addition of bikram yoga three days each week. March will bring walking exercise three days each week. Adding a new discipline each month will allow for the habit to be gradually ingrained. At least that’s the plan.
